We will visit your home or place of work and cut the keys at your door.

The keys we cut for you will be tried and tested in the lock

You lose no down time from staff whilst they have to travel, get parked up, claim mileage, and sit in the key cutters and wait– only to get back to find that the key doesn’t work! Not to mention the staffs members time that could off been used more productively

Our mobile key cutting unit carries over 5000 key blanks from lockers to safes – from cylinders to mortises from cash boxes to padlocks.

5 standard cylinder or Mortice keys cut at your door

Each additional key cut after the first 5

Are at £5.00 each

Keys must be readily available to us (i.e. at the reception)

The keys that we cut must have been tested before we leave – as recalls on keys that haven’t been tested before we leave is un-acceptable – and for us to return to your premises for a key that wasn’t tried and tested defeats the object of the service that we are offering therefore if you take the keys from us it is deemed that they have been tried and tested and in fully working order.

If your locks are on a restricted key system and the patent of the key is still in force it is highly likely we or any other locksmith apart from the initial installer will have the key blank. At the time of requesting our services it is down to you to advise us if the keys are on a restricted system. If you are unsure you can call us and the £25.00 security check charge will be made to cover our fuel /labour costs where we will be able to identify this for you. Or alternatively e-mail through a picture.

Where upon if your locks are on a restricted system and you would like us to be your key cutter a letter of authority will be needed from you in order for us to apply to the key blank/lock manufacturer to provide us with key blanks.(only on current restricted locks)

At present we can only cut straight cylinder and Mortice keys from the mobile unit along with Mul – T -Lock Garrison and Integrator.

Cruciform/dimple/tubular/auto keys are not available on the mobile key cutting service at present.
